why do you need to put it in the brake booster line?

granted i haven't looked under the hood of my ls1 for vaccum lines since i just got the car over a week and a half ago but a normal sized vaccum line will be good enough

thanks.
5469K115 is the part # for those interested. its got 1/2"NPT inlets (should be same as brake booster) and 3 3/8"NPT outlets. So you just need to get 3/8" NPT to 1/4" barb adapters for the vacuum lines (and of course the 1/2" NPT to 1/2" Barb adapters)

I was thinking about the 1/4" inlet one since its only $11 but i was thinking it would be a restriction given the booster is 1/2". Does it not matter?

did you get the 1/4" in/out one also?

5469K111 is the part # for the $12 1/4" manifold. The 1/2" cost $20. Its part number is 5469K115. I think ill go ahead and get a 1/4" one if size doesnt matter. I was concerned that it would be a restriction.
