hood and stripe opinions---> get inside!
I want to do something to set my Z28 apart since I'm not fortunate enough to have an SS. I want to know which combination you like best, as I like them both and can't decide. The car is Sebring Silver and my only other exterior mods are Stull billet grille, chrome Z06s, retro emblem on fender, black halos and Berger panel with mirror polished fill-ins.
Option #1: SS hood with black or charcoal 35th anniversary stipes
Option #2: Sunoco hood without centerline, with black accents on the side of the hood bulge and a full length black hockey stripe that FOLLOWS the curve of the front wheel opening
if you can think of anything else that would look good, or you want to photoshop something on a silver car, please post also!!!!
Thanks!

anyone have pics of the SS 35th stripes on a silver car? I saw one with charcoal stripes on thridgenparts.com but I haven't seen the black 35th stripes yet.

Here's some pics of the 35th stripes on a few cars, it's a site where you can order them, They show 1 or 2 silver cars:

As for the question I say option #2. I personally don't think SS's are that more special than a z28, and if you do go with option #1, you'll practically be just another "SS". Option #2 is unique and different, IMO. SS's are definitely nice but love and work with what you have.

damn, that SS with charcoal stripes on silver car is beautiful! If only there were a SS hood you could buy for around $500. For the money, those Sunoco hoods are the best looking thing out there.
