I decided I am going to buy Black 35th aniv. stripes for my pewter SS. Should I get the flat black insert that goes in front of the scoop or the graphic that wraps around the entire one. I am also getting the black side door stripes. Which one would look best overall?

I would do the insert in the scoop as opposed to the manta with the 35th stripes. Its starting to look like too much is going on, and if you look at the top pics, the outer edge of the manta doesn't follow the curve of the stipe very well.

I don't personally care for the anniversary stripes, but I would do the black insert as opposed to the manta. This picture was the deciding picture for me:

keep the stripes without the scoop insert or the manta, and dont get the side door stripes, your car will look way overdone.....IMO....if you just keep the stripes then it will look fine

I would just get the manta with no stripes or scoop insert....

But if i have to pick out of the two options i would do the 35th stripes with the scoop insert.

The manta does not flow well with 35th stripes

-35th Stripes in all black, instead of how they fade to silver/white at the top.
-Have them end before the grille

no manta, or scoop insert. Keep it clean

I like the stripes with the manta but if you do that, i think that you need to continue the black them and have the whistler mod headlights.
