Default Best CD burning software? Free?

My Jukebox is being gay and so is my Windows Media Player. Is there a free CD burning software that's out there that's good? I would like to burn some CDs from files that I've downloaded.

Also, I would like it to show the title of the song and artist. My Jukebox did that for the one and only CD that I was able to burn.

Thanks.

Exact Audio Copy (www.exactaudiocopy.de) is free, it can burn CDs with CD-TEXT (the title and artist) as well as rip CDs.

I use Lime Wire to download the music, I didn't realize that it burned CDs too.

Does iTunes do CD text too?

lime wire shouldnt be your first choice, it leaves a back door open in your pc. it costs about 60 bucks a year with all the protection stuff, but 360share is by far the best out there.

download the free limewire, then look at their home page for the newest version, then search for that "pro ver" and down load that, then there's no back door

I was talking about using lime wire to get the newest version of nero, and using that to burn CDs with, and not using limewire to burn.

yeah kinda like the music that's "shared" costs money. Pro does not cost a thing when you use the "search for software" and down load it for free

Nero has been around for years and has been well recognized as a great piece. I have used it for almost 4 years with different versions. IMO each gets better and you can't go wrong. Also IMO when searching for software, I reccommend downloading (TORRENT FILES) I use BitTorrent as my TorrentDownloader and TorrentSpy for my search engine. If you Google torrents, you will see both of those sites.

Nero is awesome for burning discs. UTorrent is the best for Torrent downloading.

Does anyone know if iTunes burns CDs with text? I looked through everything (I think), but maybe I'm missing something.

What you need to do is go to Frys and buy a cheap cd\dvd burner that comes with Nero or another good brand of software and buy it. At least youll have a good\legal version of software under 50 bucks.

I have a Dell laptop, not that old, that has all the options, including a CD/DVD burner.
