Default Help me identify this line

I think is is Ac related. It is leaking an orange oily substance. Not anti freeze because I use green stuff. And my A/C just went out.
What is the line called? How much does it cost. Is it a b***h to replace.
Thanks

Replace the receiver/drier, and add some PAG oil.
