Default LS3 Cam Only with LG Headers, G3X-4 cam, K&N Air Charger, no tune

Hi Guys,

Here it is. This is an 08 C6 with an LG G7X-4 cam with LG Pro Long Tube Headers, K&N Air Charger, and stock performance muffler but with No tune. Computer tune to come this week.

484rwhp 440 rwtq

We did another pull after the engine was allowed to cool off and hit 488rwhp. I don't have that graph scanned in yet but I will get it up later.

This indicates that there is some heat related timing control issues just like the first dyno pulls of the original C6 Z06 before a tune.

At any rate, it looks like an easy 500 rwhp or there about with just the tune. And we are working on having a set of ported heads ready soon to install to get those numbers also.

Thanks

Lou Gigliotti LGM

Damn that's impressive. 08 C6 would have meant it's an LS3 right?

Gotta love those L92/LS3 heads and new LS3 intake manifold. Wow, 500 rwhp is almost too simple nowadays!

Sooo...with results like these, are cathedral port heads gonna be a thing of the past? Or do they still have their place in this world?

I love the numbers. I love watching the progress with the LS3. Its a base engine with good potential. If this goes into the camaro in 09, this cam is going in the first year. I was just planning on bolt-ons but....... damn . 500. Future customer here. I love to know subtle the idle is after the final tune; if it is. Good work.
