Default throttle cable question

I want to get rid of the box on the passenger side fenderwell that the throttle cable goes into and then another cable comes out of and into the throttle body.

Is there a part number that goes straight from the gas pedel to the throttle body?

or is there a mod to make the existing work?

thanks for the help

There's been a couple threads on this before...I'll try searching and see if I can find them. I believe all you really need is the throttle cable from a non-tcs car though. I'm wanting to get rid of mine too, tcs is soo annoying.

that box is your traction control and cruise control. i deleted mine also. just order for ypur specific vehicle w/o cruise or traction control and it is a direct fit.

throttle cables are really easy to do... just connect to the TB and the other end through the firewall to your gas pedal.
