Bank 1 is drivers side, Bank 2 is passenger side. Sensor 1 is precat sensor, Sensor 2 is postcat sensor.

It's your driver's side O2. 13111 is the part# for the rear vette O2's that people usually replace their front O2's with whenever they install headers.

This is from the sticky at the top of this section:

(bosch 13111vette rear o2s) These have a stronger heating element, and a longer wire harness, they can often solve front o2 insufficient switching errors, due to the higher wattage heater, also they eliminate the need for extensions, as the harness is long enough to reach the stock f body o2 connector

Your A/F will be off. I (believe) it will make you run rich.

thanks for the quick replies tylerdj one more quick question the car was recently dyno tuned and never threw the code on the way home it did however...could my 02 sensor "going" bad have caused lower numbers on the dyno?

It shouldn't have affected your tune at all since the light wasn't on, so the sensor should have been good. The stock o2's being further away from the headers just causes them to go bad pretty often.
