Default bent push rod?????

ok my car runs fine untill it gets warm then starts cut'n out and runing bad could this be a bent pushrod or a valve not seating?

Have you check the compression or ran a leak down test on your car?

A bent pushrod or leaky valve wouldn't run good cold either. It could be a bad sensor that doesn't affect anything until the pcm goes into closed loop operation.

make sure all your vacuum lines are in good shape and check your IAC(idle air control) sensor on your throttle body above your TPS sensor.
