Is there a Head Unit that can do this? Is there a touch screen that can run the heating and cooling controls also? That would be awesome, you could get rid of the dials and just have a screen running everything

its possible if you use a carputer. just not very easy. you would use servo's to run the hvac controls, but it would take some programing, lots of calibrating and a pita...
