hey i have a 98 z28 with the factory "rs" style body kit with the 3 piece wing on it and i am going to take off the body kit + the wing and replace with a ss style wing and i was wondering how the two small pieces on either side are held on to the rear quarter pannels. thanks to all who help me out.

From what I understand they are sort of bolted through the sheet metal and will require some bodywork to make the holes disappear. BTW, on Z28's it's called a "Sports Appearance Package", lol.

he's right..it is bolted right through the body..you will have to get the holes filled. Its no problem though i did it and it didn't cost much. You will like the ss spoiler much better

it didn't cost me much..i think maybe $100 or so but i had a hookup

It's gonna cost a lot more than $100 to weld up the holes and paint the quarters. I'm interested in the wing if you do pull it off. Been looking for one for my V6.
