Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last night I installed a ported/polished/bump stop tb, started it up, ran fine! Today, I got out there, I went to start it and I let off the key too early and it didn't start, so when I went to fire it back up, it ideled really rough! Then I shut it off and now it won't start at all!!!!! Plus, the SES light is on!!!!! But it was on before I installed the tb. Any advice or help????

you shouldnt be running any new codes,,(bump stop is conservative enough to not be close to that threshold),,i had the same idle thing when i installed my PNPTB,,,idled funny for a min or two, but mine just went away, very quickly, and i had only my normal code ive had forever (P0480, fan relay), no new codes, just the funky idle. What was/is the code? Did you by chance undo your neg batt, where it had to do the relearning thing?

"if you remove the PCM BAT and PCM IGN fuses w/the key on the on position and wait 30 seconds" (i thought there was more steps for this,,,)
these are under one of the 2 fuse panels under your hood. Car will act super funny when u go to start it,,,its re-learning some stuff when u do this. Im heading home now but will be back on to help once i get there.

Usually when you make a change and then the car doesn't work, it means that it's something you did. That is not always the case though. Don't limit your search for a fix to just the TB. It could be something else and just be a coincidence when it happened. I'd start with the TB (swap the stocker back on) and then go from there.

actually overdoing the bumpstop mod can cause the pcm to throw a code. if the tps sensor goes past 100% it will throw codes. do you have anyway to scan the car for the codes its throwing?

But depending on how it was ported may play a little part. If it was ported too large and air can get in under the blade, it will idle higher, as if the blade was open. Reading your problem, Id assume it has something to do with what you unplugged and plugged in. IF the plugs and wires are all fine, and you used the stocker too an its still doing it, that would mean that isnt the problem.Dont limit the problem to just the TB since there are more plugs you undid to get it off. Check the MAF #1 that could be it.
