Does the vic JR perform better than a LS6 intake
Will a vic JR intake flow better and out perform a LS6 intake? I tried the search but nothing for this came up for me.. I am going to be boosted on this application. The engine itself is stock for now. Thanks guys

From what I hear its right on par with the Fast 90 but its a pain in that *** to run. You have to lose a winshield wiper and trim the cowl, etc. Punch line is its not worth it. Or at least that's the impression I get. Good luck.

You will have to trim some of the wiper cowl, just where the elbow comes up,some cars you do,some you dont, just depends on how lucky you get! These intakes are suppose to really shine on boosted cars! From what i have heard!

This new elbow from Edelbrock looks like it has more clearance than other elbows but it is probably a tradeoff with flow numbers. Looks nice anyway.

I used the search and found this thread:

So you ran an LS6 intake and got 430rwhp 450rwtq. Had to downgrade to a LS1 intake and got about 380rwhp. Now all we need is some dyno numbers on that Vic Jr you just put on (no nitrous for even comparison).

Well that's good **** then. That's just what I had heard from others on here. I think the debate was actually the Vic vs. Fast 90 and I heard a couple people say that so that's why I got that impression.
