Default Quiet Muffler For Y pipe?????

Ok so i am ditching the true duals for a dual 3" into single 4" merge collector with a 4" E cutout, then after the cutout reduce it back down to 3" and put a really quiet muffler. Now my question is what is the most quiet muffler i can buy? I dont care if it will restrict power due to having the cutout. So any input let me know. Also i think i am just gonna have it dumped right before the axle or right after i am trying not to spend bank on a cat back system. Thanks in advance for the input........

hooker aerochamber...its a turbo style muffler, sounds like a 40 series flowmaster but is quieter and my personal opinion... cleaner sounding. plus they flow about twice as good as a 40 series. if you want it super quiet though, a cheap 40 dollar muffler at any muffler shop will be the best.
