well...im not finished crying yet. 
ok,so me and COPSS were on our way to san diego,traffic slowed down to a stop and then it happened! i felt the wrath of a 2002 kia spectra!!!lol..he hit the back of my car his car was gone from the front end and mine??what do you think?? and i should hear back from my insurance on monday. i am going to make dam sure they use origional parts too!!none of that made in china shi@!lol yaa that shi@ really sucke he hit me pretty hard to, iwas at a complete stop and he was goin atleast 45 and barley touched his brakes!

Wow, that's pretty bad bro. The same thing happened to me back in July, not as bad as yours, and my insurance company dished out 9 grand because the other guy only had a property damage limit of 5.
My rear quarter panels weren't bent like yours. The damage on the outside doesn't look bad, but look at all the inner damage.

^^^ What kind of person gets property damage limit of 5 thousand?? Aside from that, what kind of insurance company will have that as an option?! That's a joke.
And Pweterss.. I'm sorry, and I feel your pain! A year ago I was getting ready to exit a gas station, and some woman in an Expedition backed right in to my Camaro.. it banged up the back really bad and completely knocked off my aftermarket spoiler. =( It totaled my car (it was a 95) but I can't be too mad now, 'cause I have my TA. But I know it sucks, and I doubt the insurance company will want to salvage it with that little bit of damage..

thanks guys,i think that kink behind the door is going to kill my clean tittle im guessing thats a tweaked body now. i really hope they dont salvage it cuz if they do i dont think i want to keep it any more
i will also have them check my motor and tranny mounts,i had it in gear when he hit.

they take alot of factors into consideration. the do KBB. they get a couple cars off the current market value. I.E. (autotrader) and they give you an amount off that. they gave me 18,299 for my T/A 60k miles

OHH MAN, THIS **** IS Unbelievable, I HAVE THE SAME COLOR CAR LIGHTER PEWTER, AND ON FRIDAY FEB THE 29 THIS GUY HIT ME ON THE RIGHT REAR SIDE, IT **** UP ALL MY QUARTER PANEL, HE SCRATCHED MY PASSENGER SIDE DOOR, **** UP MY REAR BUMPER A BIT, MY MOULDINGS ARE GONE....IT WAS THE GUYS FAULT, AS I WAS LEAVING THE PARKING LOT, I GUESS HE DIDNT SEE ME AND WAS BACKING UP, THINGS IS THAT HE BACKED UP ON AN ANGLE AND BARELY HIT ME. HE WAS LIKE YOU WHERE GOING TO FAST!!!!I TOLD HIM IF I WAS GOING FAST YOU WOULDNT HAVE HIT ME. IM HANDLING EVERYTHING WITH MY INSURANCE, BECAUSE THE ONE HE HAS I HEARD IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET THE CLAIM AND ALL THAT ****, THAT SAME DAY THAT HAPPEND I DROPPED IT OFF ON THE SHOP, AND GOT A RENTAL. 08 CHEVY HHR....
