Cam Only results 230/230...Would have made the list but... Today at US41 they didnt tell us that they werent going to spray VHT at all the whole day, what a joke and a waste of good air -750 DA...
I did get to a couple granny launches rolling into the throttle off idle...I couldnt even get to see what the full potential of the new converter could do...
So with slightly better conditions my best Stock Internal MPH was 116.2 and today with a little bigger stall SS4000 and cam being the only change, i clipped a 123.2MPH...The cam added around 70hp for my car...

Figure my 60 today should be about 1.46-7 so .12 off 60ft around 1.5 times conserative to 1/4 is .18...10.93ish...there is my 10sec slip haha

hell yeah good thing i am still kinda butt hurt about it but i got my mph so i know it is capable of it...oh well it was fun to bullshit with everyone too and nothing broke so it was a good day...

Looks good Chris. That sucks that Denny didn't do any prep. I know he was rushing to get it open and had to get all of the water out of there. I PMed your Dad and told him I wasn't going to make it unfortunatley. We are throwing my car back on the dyno today or tomorrow, and it should be at 41 on the 30th. I'm looking for a 10.99 on motor, and then I am going to spray it. Hope to see you there!

Sounds good bud...i am sure you will get it as long as the air is good again and they actually spray haha...we might have to bring our own VHT...

Nice one the first time out! You should be in the 10's soon. Did you dyno 422hp with a locked converter or unlocked? If locked do you know what the unlocked #'s are?

Bain-it was dynoed with a LOCKED converter with his cutout open at Speed Ink,Larry from Speed asked us what kind of heads were on the car because he seen the ARP bolts.We told him they were stock,we just pulled them to change the springs and to degree in the cam.He was like WOOOW!!!

...maybe heads and intake next winter but for now i just wanna enjoy it for the summer...possibly just a hood, k member or maybe light weight battery...

OUCH. So those times where on motor then? So you are pulling mid 1.5 on straight motor. How big of a shot can you spray with the SS4000, I have a PT4000 converter & pull the exact same 60fts & I am thinking about swapping to a SS4000 so I can spray.

...but i would need a built rear and trans for that...yeah i would definitely get a ss4000 over a pt4000 especially if you wanna spray...i would guess at most 150 shot...that stock bottom end tends not to like much more than that...
