Default Edelbrock 8896 water pump pulley

I'm looking at water pumps and the Edelbrock 8896 GEN III/IV water pump doesn't come with a pulley. What pulley would one use and where to get it?

Thanks, please post what you find out.

It looks like it will bolt on but that's about it. I Googled LS1 water pump pulley's and didn't find anyone that made a bolt on unit except for Evans.

I sent them an email with a question. I'll post the answer when and if they respond.

You have awhile to figure it out since the pump wont be out of atleast a year or more, considering edelbrocks track record.

Probably just a 4 bolt pulley off of an early '98 water pump

OK... here we go..LOL

The WP does come with a pulley! But now the releae date had been pushed back to the 16th.

The timing cover even though a few are going to ship is pushed back to the middle of May now.

Great info, their website and catalog don't state this. All of the pictures show it without a pulley. Thanks for checking, I'll wait for someone to get one and check it out before I move out.

Did they have a pulley with the display pump?
