What size motor? For a 347, either one would be overkill compared to a LS6. Both will realyl start to perform on a 402 or larger motor. The Vic will make more power in the upper RPM range due to its shorter runners. The FAST 90 will make more torque in the lower RPM rnage due to its longer runners. It does depends on what you are wanting from the car; is it a street or track car. IMO the Vic also has the extra 'cool' looking affect.

+1 Most people on here put an elbow on the Vic JR which is what hurts the performance of that manifold.

stock LS6 would probably be the best lol Certainly the most power for the money anyway.

AFR website had build up link in one car mag big turbo project. They used both carb stye and fast 90 They said in the article but didn't give numbers the fast actually made more power. I would also think the fast is more streetable powerband.
I had fast 90/90 already or likley would have just went with ls6. Since I have going use it I have seen several good builds with the fast intakes. Past 20psi it might not be the best idea.

FWIW you will max out that turbo system before an LS6 or LS2 intake becomes a restriction.

I lost torque with the vic jr. over my fast setup on my 346ci. and I had to turn the **** out of it to make peak hp.

If its street car go with ls6 or fast. If you are worried about the standard kit being small then go to the bigger kit as its not much more than standard kit now. Standard kit plus shipping is not much less than the 427 kit with free shipping. You will have 1300 or so engine hp potential with the big kit and 1000 engine hp potential with the smaller kit.
You will have slower spool up with the bigger kit not sure exactly how much slower.Depends on a few factors like negine size ,compression ratio, etc.
If you go big kit I would lean to a 427 maybe even a 454. For the street the small kit and a 346,370 or 402/408 would all likely be more power than you can ever use or hook up. To have any chance of hooking up even much past 600 rwhp you will need to run like et street radials full time and even then without heating them and airing them way down might be tough to get traction. The lag from the bigger turbos might help some in this department.
