Default What is this gasket for???

I`m swapping in my heads/cam package and I`ve got this gasket with the install package and I can`t figure out what it`s for! It`s an AC P/N #219-230 and a GM P/N #12558353. I don`t remember comming across one during tare down. It kind of looks like the Batman symbol (LOL) with 2 large 3/4" holes in the center and 2 5/16" holes on the out sides. Anyone know what this is?? Thanks.

THe Batman symbol thing does sound kinda like EGR but that is a 12553047 and only has one hole in the center. I'll be at work tomorrow evening. I'll check the computer and get back to you if no one has.

That would be the oil diverter.

Yes, and it is where I will tap my oil pressure gauge.

This gasket definately would not fit the oil diverter. Could it be for the EGR on the top of the manifold just behind the throttle body on the `97-`00 cars??
