Default Compression maybe?

Hello i was wondering if someone would be able to help me out? Here is a list of the mods done to the motor, the thing is is that its only pushing 400/400 to the wheels and it seems low to me. So i was wondedring if it could be the compression? And if so, what kind of compression could i do to be ablt to still run 93 octane?

370 cid forged shortblock
9.2:1 Compression
scat forged rods
speed pro forged pistons
new OE replacement lifters/Trays
cloyes non-adjustable timing set
ARP Main studs
ARP head studs
Clevite H bearings in cam, rods and mains
Patriot stage 3 LS6 Style heads
cam specs 228/232 @.050 with ~.580 lift
all new GM gaskets
TSP air lid
LS6 Intake
ported LS6 oil pump
Comp hardned pushrods
Mac headers w/ true duals
160 T-stat
ASP underdrive pully
ported stock throttle body
and it also has a wet plate kit with a 100 shot

any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

9.2 CR is not a problem, but it is a bit on the low end. Perfect for a power adder though! You'll need to get that thing on a good scanner and see whats happening because its definitely not making the power that it should be.

What tire psi was it dynoed with? I dynoed my 01 Z06 at 410rwhp with ET ls6 heads, 238/242 cam and such. Broke an output shaft, differential and valve spring (replaced all springs), pumped tires up from 15psi to 30psi and dynoed again at 465rwhp.

I have no idea what pressure because the previous owner had the dyno done, he just gave me all the reciepts and the dyno printout. He pretty much built it to have it blown, guessing the low compression but im not going to be doing any of that. Im just sticking to the nitrous. Is there anyway to get higher numbers from this setup?

Could jsut be your compression. You can mill the heads, get thinner gaskets, but if your pistons are dished there's not much you can do. You could try swapping your bottom end in the FS forum for a high compression one. Or sell it. Or jsut save up and buy a SC. That's what i'd do.

11.0-11.5:1 shouldn't be a problem with the right tune.
