Stand Alone ECM's. Where are you mounting them?
I have a Holley Commander 950 Pro with Injector convertor box and I am wondering where people are mounting their stand alone systems? If you are mounting under the passenger side dash, what are you using to mount the controllers? Any pictures would help to me give me ideas.

I would mount it inside the car as I don't think the 950 ECU is weatherproof.
You might post up on www.chevytalk.com in EFI forum. Somebody has done this in a 3rd gen before. Imjust finished a 70 Monte Carlo and I mounted that 950 on the heater box inside the car...works well.

I am scratching my head wondering where I am going to mount 3 boxes inside the passenger side dash. Mounting flush against the firewall would be great but then the screws would protrude through the firewall into the engine bay and that looks like ***.

Under the HVAC controls theres a good amount of room. I have mounted a bigstuff there before to maintain a clean install.
Most race-car apps typically get it installed to the firewall (HVAC delete panel) on the inside.

I have completly deleted all air ducting and heater core system from the car. There is a very large empty space where the stock ECM resides. The only flush panel past the dash is the firewall.
