Default o2's?

I just got my car back from the shop, I had them do headers/cat/catback and they told me my rear o2 was bad so they replaced it. then I was under the car yesterday checking it out and..how many o2's am I supposed to have? cause I counted 4 1 after the cat, 1 before the cat and 1 on each side of the y pipe before the headers. 4 is not normal correct?

you should have 2 upstreams and 1 after each cat, so if you have 1 cat you should have 3 o2s if you have 2 cats you should have 4 o2s.

Replacing rear O2s with new ones is just stupid. They are noting but tattle tails for the cats. If one of them goes you replace a precat sensor and take the working precat sensor and put it behind the cat. That way you get the benifits of a new sensor in a position that actually affect how the engine runs..

^^^

Or, if your not worried about violating federal emissions laws, ditch the cat(s) and O2's behind the cats!

Not on my car. All 4 are the same. Find it a bit surprising that the f-body would be different, but will have to take your word on it.
