Coupla blue camaros getting ready to make a pass. Is this the final?

The dork is doing a lot of talking. Maybe he'll make it interesting and make a pass on a sport bike lol

Unfortunately his crew changed his NOS bottle but forgot to turn it on. Cost him the race. We really wanted him to go all the way!

Jason if you heard some one scream on your way out of the gates when you where in your truck that was me great racing...

I was hoping the Trans Am would win. I think me and my friends were the only people cheering after the run against the mustang and after his first run. There was no LS1 support in my area at all.

Man, thats too bad for JL. I left as soon as I blew my gears apart. Wish I would have stayed now to help out. Congrats for making the sweet 16 and making it to the final 4. Sorry for the way things finished out. It's easier to be beat by someone than to lose to a mistake like what happen. But the fact that you got picked for the sweet 16 and will be racing on t.v. should make you feel like your a winner already. Keep your head up man , great job. Sign up for the 1320 event going to LVD and take another run at it. I can shoot down fri. & sat. if you enter it and need anyone in the pits.

Thansk guys, that's racign though, you have stuff happen ( in this case the TV crew that was chanign 2 camera setups in the car) that gets you out of your routine, and you can forget stuff.

I do need one more pit guy to come with me, next year when I have a extended cab truck I'm gonna get another guy on the program so that way hoepfully one of us remember's what to do LOL

I can't thank the CHEF enough for all the help he has given me with this car, it's not his fault the bottle didn't get turned on and please chef don't be upset, the TV guys had me as screwed up and I wasn't even thinking of it, when I hit the purge I should have remembered what happened that day at LVD with the pressure not recovering on teh guage.

Hopefully I don't look like too much of a clown on TV with teh bottle being shut, I know that mustang had nothing for me, that race was gonna be just like the first round with the grand national a no contest, I knew it, I'm sure the mustang knew it too, and then he ended up losing anyway.

I'll be back again for the next one I can get signed up for, I didn't get to make any $ on the first one I went to, this one I left with some $, the next one I do and get picked, I'm taking it all home.

Man o man we had that event and were kicking ***, we did get messed up by having that cold bottle and needing the heater to heat it, we tried to hide behind the tower to torch the bottle but got caught and that ended that...we got the bottle swapped in turned the line to make sure there were no leaks, put the heater on, and were hoping theheater would have enough time to do its job, then we got distracted by all the camera stuff going on which we did a real good job avoiding the 2 earlier 2 rounds. but thats racing...we will get the win next time ya been picked 2 times so third time will be a charm$$$$$$$

Next one I go to, I'm getting picked again, and nothing but win lights will be acceptable.

Someone on that TV show loves the car, they picked it last yeat @ MIR and I didn't even make my 2nd qualifying pass, this year they picked it again, and I really do believe had we not gotten out of sync I had the car to beat, there is no doubt in my mind.

Need to find some index/bracket that I can get into with it that pays, because this car is dead nuts consistant everywhere it goes, it's within a tenth or less right off the trailer.

I can't thank all my my friends enough for all the help they've given me with this car, Chef, BS machine, John, Bobby, Ken Q, Bruce, and most of all my wife.

Without all of your support, I'd have never gotten 1/2 as far with this car as I have.

JL,

I was wondering if that was your car. I wanted yourself and the mustang to be the final two from the beginning. I had a hard time picking who to root for.

From my mustang days, I remember Jim C. That mustang was Jimmy Larocca's mustang originally. I knew Jimmy Larocca really back then.

Mistakes happen. I am sure it must have been crazy getting ready for each run.

John
