Default does any body eles t-tops leak...???

my 98 trans am, was in a serious wreck before i got, but i got it for dirt cheap 2800$$ with 115xxx on the clock, any ways the whole body is warped and my rearend is crooked because of it, and just recently my passenger side t-top started leaking, is this commen with newer models leaking or if i fix the frame will it stop leaking???
btw they qouted me over 1000 to fix the frame

Man these are uni-body cars. I have a formula I bought to gut and race but decided to restore cuz it's a 1994 Formula V8 hardtop no option car which you don't find much. It was hit in the pass front from the side and the nose was shifted 6 3/4 inches to the left. I had a guy pull it back over and you can't even tell it was hit both cosmetically and driving wise. He only charged me $300.

If you car is that far off and the guy is quoting you $1000 he is probably referring to trying to tweak the whole car back including the flooring which you can probably see tweaked under the car if you good enough.

If its that bad, I'd say part it out and start over with another car. Youll make more parting it out than what you paid anyways.

Yeah, part it out. Guys are dying to get their hands on 98+ front end conversions, doors, interiors, hatches etc.

yah nevermind guys it was my pas. door, i just had to re adjust the rail it shuts on and now no more leaks

and send me the t-top lock cylinders, door locks, and glove box locks and keys.

yah guys trust me its totally safe it just has frame damage and it sits a lil crooked, and its because of the frame damage that i had that problem i just need to find some cheap place that will just pull my frame for me if yall know any in the houston area let me know

trouble is... the entire front half of my front window does... right up until the t-top... then it doesn't leak one bit. lol.

ok it is safe i have drove this car for almost a year and thats the only friggin problem i have, it just pulls the the right slightly and doesnt look the prettiest at my pass. quarter
