Default Damn You Radiator!!

Ok so I have been noticing my low coolant light coming on and off the past few days, I check and I was missing about 0.5 gallons.

so I started suspecting a blown hose, I was really hoping it wasnt the pump.

so I pop the hood and I see this:

So you guys think I can JBweld it, haha just kidding

anybody know of a good all aluminum radiator for a DD and where I could get it from

I went to the local Autozone where some friends work after my LT1 Radiator did that. I got a direct replacement one for $115, and that thing works like a charm. Even with my new Engine it will run at 175 with both Fans on, and maybe hits 200 on the Highway..that's with the Auto at the time, 80mph at 3000 rpms.

The plus with say a autozone one is the warranty. **** cracks, get a new one for nothing but time to swap it.
I got a chain store one for the truck, I wish I had with the car. **** was way more at the dealership, I was probably close to a be cool at that point.

yea the stock replacement sounds really good, I have the money for the Becool, but I would rather spend it on something better, say like True Duals or something

hell it doesnt even take me 45 mins to swap one out. Drain the rad, disconect hoses, disconect felec fans. The fans come out through the bottom, and then the rad comes out the top. Then put everything back together.

P.S. if you have a auto you gotta disconect the trann cooler lines to the rad.
