Talking lt1 throttle body bypass

New to the site and i know that i had saw a thread on how to due the throttle body bypass it came with pictures and everything was labled. if anyone knows about it please reply. thanks

Stock, the coolant passing through the TB helps helps keep it from freezing in extreme temps.
Since most of us do not drive our cars in -32 weather, bypassing it frees up a few HP
but not heating up the TB (and thus not heating up incomming air)

It's simple, cheap and reversable.


FWIW, I drove my 95 in -40 weather while I was in Canada with the bypass mod.
No problems at all.

I just did the TB Bypass last weekend. It's so easy, I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. I had to cut my hoses ends off, they were stuck on there good. The performance increase is very very subtle, but hey, it's free!

Every 10* change in air temp is one hp if I'm not mistaken..
