HPTuners: Decceleration is RICH, how to adjust?
Using HPTuners. Car goes WOT rich during decel. Wondering what adjustments to make or what to look for to correct this. When I let off the throttle, if the RPM's are above 1400, the air/fuel ratio is around 12.7 with some flucuation. Any advice?

If you need less fuel than the minimum allowed pulse
width forces then you will see rich. Also expect that
deep decel is a poorly tuned place in the VE table and
MAF accuracy as well.
But, does it actually hurt anything?

Thanks for the responses guys. I don't think it's hurting anything as is, just curious if getting this to the lean side would increase my fuel economy. I'm stuck around the 10 mpg mark. Mostly "city" driving. Is it the 60# injectors that is making this car difficult to tune? I'm having some idle issues, mostly when the a/c is on. Surging and the occassional stall in neutral.

Besides make sure that you can reach minimum pulse in deep decel, you can also setup DFCO so that it works properly and cuts fuel. Issues with A/C and idle issues aren't the injectors fault unless the IFR table is not accurate. There is a table in tq-mngmnt (engine not trans) that adds/subtracts/ramps airflow while the compressor is pulled in to help A/C load related issues.
