Default A couple of questions... LS1 240sx with 4L60E

Hey everyone, Im about to finish my LS1 240sx build, and Im missing on a few points...

What did u use to cool down ur tranny? cause my radiator has a cooling place for the tranny (BMW Radiator) but I've heard bad things about it, and an external one should be done, but my problem is that I can't find one in my country I should get one from abroad, should I wait, or can I use the one on the radiator for a while? (I have a 4l60e on my S13)

About the oxygen sensors, I have no cats and nothing on my car, what should I do? what sensors did u use? Simulators? and from where did u buy them? any DIY thread on these? (is anyone running without them?)

Use radiator cooler and aditional external cooler. You need front O2s and rear O2 sims.

You don't need rear O2's if you don't have cats. The rear ones do nothing except make sure the cats are working correctly.

You can program the rear O2s out then you don't need the sims. For the trans I agree to use both the radiator and an extra cooler. I am using a Derale deep pan with cooling tubes in it for a little extra cooling insurance. Summit sells them for about $75.

how are you going to get it to run without removing VATS from the ecu?

and technically you dont need front or rear o2 sensors. i dont run either. car runs great. 12.4:1 AFR all the way to redline.

When searching, I found that 2.2 cavaliars and camaro ls1's share the same Map sensor part number... are they exactly the same? can I use it on my LS1?!

Thanks
