Interior Theme
Time to show off your ride! I am looking for pictures of your custom interior. Paint? Carbon Fiber? Alluminum? Whatever you have thats differant I want to see it. I am in the process of redoing my interior and I need ideas. I will be adding racing seats (don't know what kind yet), 5pt. harnesses, and an autoX style cage. I am not looking for flashy or overdone, I am looking for clean & tasteful. I did do a search but most of what I found was too old to display the pics, or kind of sucked. I have seen some AWESOME ones out there, but I can't remember who they were on here.

I've changed a few things in my interior however I do not have aftermarket seats, a cage or harnesses.
If my stock seats weren't in great shape I'd definitely have a set of aftermarkets right now, though.
The list of things I've done so far is:
-Rearview mirror with autodim, compass and thermometer.
-Dome/map lights on the T-top bar for MUCH better lighting than stock.
-Courtesy lights under the dash to light up the footwells.
-Homelink (with roaming codes) in the sunvisor.
-MBA adapter/shiftknob.
-Shiftboot out of a Grand Am.
-160 sq.ft of Damplifier sound deadener
-StockInteriors black carpet.
-Lloyd embroidered 'Camaro' floor mats to match my emblems outside.
-200MPH GMS cluster with TA bezel.
-Molded center console with two Autometer gauges.
-Molded radio bezel with two Interceptor gauges.
I'm not really a fan of flashy interiors either.
I wanted everything to look like it was almost stock.
Here's a thread and a post of mine to show you some pics.

i think i might do something in my interor like the new acura tls. im thinking about taking 2 small blue leds in the headliner so that when you switch your exterior lights on you have them shining down around on the console and stuff. dont have it in yet either but i did a complete ebony ls1 interior swap in my 94, cage with funny car halo and x door braces, custom gauge cluster for the dash and where the cd played and hvac use to be, and a few other things.

TA/Firebird seats, door panels, dash, console, etc. Soo much nicer looking than the Camaro interior...
I'll post up some pics of my two-tone grey leather interior when I get home...
x2!
The mirror is made by Gentex and they also have one with all those functions AND homelink (multi-button gate/garage opener)
A light in the front is a great idea
Courtesy lights apparently came on the convertibles
Sound deadener on the doors and the rear wheel wells supposedly makes the most difference

In my old Camaro, I wrapped my interior in leather and added some Arizen leather seats. I really liked the wrapped panels because it was so subtle but gave it a more refined, finished look Leather kit: http://store.specializedstainless.co...r+Interior+Kit

If you had described it to me, I would have thought...I don't think so, but that looks fu&^*%$ sweet!
I like that too, but I think its a little more subltle than I was looking for.

iwas thinking of covering the whole interior in carbon fiber but im sure illget the whole "rice" or some bslike that. i dont know if i want to mess up the new interior either. but i think it would look sick with the phantom black exterior.
