I had the same issue, but only when backing up and turning left. Turns out my 17x11's with 315's on the front would catch the inside of the fender lip on the front edge

I don't suppose you are running 315's up front are you? You may want to jack the car up take the tire off and look for rub marks. What have you done so far to trouble shoot the issue?

Jack the car up and grab the tire in the 12:00 and 6:00 position. Then try to rock the tire in and out. If it doesn't move, then you probably do not need new hubs.

My right front clicked when turning left. The faster it rotated the faster the click. Replaced the right front hub. No more clicking.

I get a click under this circumstance:

1) I reverse out of my parking spot
2) I put into Drive and go forward.
3) The first time I hit the brakes, I hear a "click" (from the driver's side)

It doesn't happen afterwards until I repeat Step #1 and #2

Any more ideas???
