im putting a motor together for a customer and im just wondering i have numbers in my head but maybe some1 has this setup with actual numbers

stock all internals, which means stock h/c/i/rockers as well
stock 3.23 gear,a4 with stock stall.

now has.....52bbk t.b,longtubes,ory,magnaflow,30#injectors,k&n air filter housing w/ filter, and the a mailorder tune.

3450 with the driver in it

what might it run in the 1/4 as well.

o yea he wants to run a 150shot as well. so what will that add to e.t...1/4

anybody have somethin comparable to this setup with spray even just looking for an estimate

need more info. i.e. what heads, what cam, im guessing you are wanting rwhp, in that case, what rear end

all stock man and yeah rear wheel power with just motor and then the 150 shot

i would say (depending on weather and dyno and elevation etc) around 300rwhp and depending on traction 13.1 @ 103mph at the track N/A i have never dealt with nitrous so someone else can chime in

Just under 300whp. 29x hp.

It should run 13.3-13.4s. Stock stall and gears kill the et.

with a 150 shot I say low 12s.

i had the same setup minus injectors, t.b and the tune i ran 13.47 at 104 thats equivalent to 300hp so why would injectors, t.b and a tune be the same

Rob, when my car was just bolt ons--cold air intake, edelbrock shorties, borla catback, 3.73 gear and 2800 stall, on a cold November day, the car ran the best of 13.05@105. Oh, I forgot a Hypertech programmer. This was back in 1998-WOW, 10 years ago--I'm getting OLD.lol.

Because it's not the same. You ran 13.47 sprayed and everyone else is saying 13.1-13.4 N/A.

Because if you round out your 13.47 it's a 13.5 which is slower. On top of the fact that I gave a time RANGE. Slower being still faster than you.

Injectors do not add hp.
A tune and TB will not give you that much either.

Every car is different, there's going to be some guy that can't hit 13.5 with those mods and another guy that hits 13.0 with them.

So... seems like we should agree.

A tune and a TB might be good for 15-25 horsepower together, so maybe a tenth.

Why do you have bigger injectors if you don't need them? Unless you plan on eventually going to a bigger setup.
