got 22"s today
i just picked up a set of 22" gianelle wheels to make some money on and decided to throw them on the impala... looks great but killed the performance completely.. so i think when i sell them im just going to get some 20's, they came off a gxp and had the tpms working corectly but on my car they dont work does anybody know how to calibrate them to the car?

1.)You have to press reset/set on your DIC for the tire learning
2.)the horn will beep twice, now its ready!!
3.)Increase or decrease your pressure starting with the driver's wheel
It'll take around 30 secs to go to the next tire driver's rear (I think)
and repeat step 3 until your done with all four.....
BUT please by all means check your manual just in case I'm not all the way accurate!!
Do you still have your manual handy??

Driver front, passenger front, pass rear, driver rear.....is the correct order for relearning the TPMS.
I'd love to see pics, but I can only imagine how bad 22s feel on these cars. My 20s are bad enough, imo.

I know i'm fighting a losing battle, but 22's aren't that bad. The right width, offset and tire make a world of a difference. Some 22's (3 piece forged) even weigh less than a set of aftermarket 18's .

No doubt those wheels look super clean on your ride Mike, its just not my direction on my car. It seems like every time I turn around everyone has some blingity rims on their car here in SoCal. I want something that says performance and its sharp in a 18" or 19"

I love the look of your cars mike. But im with nacho. im more performance driven. And i live where it snows so alot of roads are pretty ruff. I dont wanna be bending on them really nice looking wheels. But i must say i always stare at your cars when u post

Thanks guys. The roads here in Miami aren't that bad at all. Nothing like the horror stories I hear a lot of. I've been toying with the idea of getting a fox body, but I don't have the space to store it.

You don't have to worry about the roads when you don't drive the car.
Okay seriously, I'm done making fun of the fact you haven't cracked 2000 miles yet lol.
