Default Rim Swap

Anyone ever tried/seen an Impala or Monte SS with the GXP's factory rims? Or will this swap not work? Oh, and I was thinking about how great the Trailblazer SS rims would look on my Impala. Thoughts?

Ok cool. I don't really want to do this, I just wanted to see how it would look. I figure the SS TB's wont fit being that they're from an SUV lol. But they are so sick.

Correct, 6 lug, might be a different lug pattern as well and back space.

The 6 spoke ones aren't very nice looking...plus you usually don't want to put SUV wheels on a Car...they need to be denser(heavier) to hold the added weight of the vehicle.

My Impala SS is also an 06. I just thought it would be interesting to see what it would look like. I'd like to see some pics of the swap.

i think im that user. here you go. those are 4 rears though. i should have went with the 18x8s though. i didnt know if the offsets were different or if the gxps had flared fenders in the front or not. i didnt want to lose the money on the wheels if they stuck out.

Dude, I couldn't recall what the Equinox's rims looked like, and they would look SO sick on an SS or GXP. Now to find a wrecked 08 at the local junkyard....haha.
