Default Impala modded up - 6.0L, RWD swap!!, cost a lil over 20k

In the form of a 2007 Trailblazer SS. Traded her in today for a 34k mile Black TBSS. I'll have pics after I de-rice it. It had some awful hood scoop and some gay SS overlays. Other than that it's a super clean TBSS.

I didn't even get a chance to look at the Magnum, it sold this morning before I got there.

i was going to say be careful with those TBSS in the snow, but then i noticed you live in texas, and dont have to deal with snow ...

de-riceing ... the process of getting your car back to acceptable levels of presentation for polite and discerning audiences ...

not like this -

That's awful. But this is worse.

The Magnum would've been nice if you'd have driven it first, but after driving the SS, it would've sucked. The SRT-8 was fun, though.

A lil under 23k.

Ok, here's the pre de-rice pic. Notice the scoop and the weird SS overlays

Scoop's not that bad, make it functional, but those decals are overkill.

The decals aren't TOO bad,but they're reflective so when they reflect it looks horrible. The wifey likes the hood scoop - wants me to keep it on there, I dunno about it lol

Those decals are terrible. They should have removed the stock ss badges first.

the hood scoop has to go ... around here ... we call that a beaner mod, you know as in mexican ... and before anyone goes off on the racist thing ... the black chappies do it too ... even white people ... but the southern population is the most likely to do it to ... ding ding ding ... an astro van

stick on port holes, louvers, hood scoops, chrome a/b pillars, andything you can buy at autozone, that doesnt add a single bit of functionality to the car

the stock TBSS rims have to be one of the prettiest late model GM rims ever

MURDER IT ...

so true it's ridiculous.. Glad to see the op's stock rims are chromed, they look 10000000x better than the clearcoat polished... Now order up some chrome center caps they look original. Congrats on the purchase, they are great vehicles.
