^^ Nice response.

No, they will not. If you want a nice set of heads look into Lloyd Elliott.

Yea, I have heard the Valves are interchangeable as well.

The Heads will not bolt up- different Bolt Pattern, and Rocker Geometry, as well as Coolant Passages.

Some people have been running LS1 Rockers in LT1's..I guess it works out in some cases.

Yes, you can. You'll need to install 8mm guides in your heads and use a LS1 spring kit. I made a thread about it a long time ago:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/lt1-lt4-m...questions.html

I also covered it in my 93 thread:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/10211790-post285.html

Another thing I typed up about this:
http://lsxextreme.com/showthread.php?t=847

I know I typed something else about this, but I can't find it right now.

so thats a no on the heads but i can use the lifters? i guess it would be worth it to just get some better after market ones?

i am only asking about the heads because my friend is insisting that he has ls1 heads in his 95 camaro with a lt1 block. he bought the engine already assembled so i guess he got tricked.

GEN III/IV (and most likely for quite a long time to come)

Here's a good pic of a set of LSX Heads for you to see what they look like.
Most are Cathedral Port, these are the L92/LS3 Heads..
