Default Alt & PS Reloc.

hey guys im not running my AIR pump or my A/C i would like to get the ALt. Relocat. bracket to move it down but has anyone found a way to still use power steering? cause if im not mistaking the alt relocat gets ride of the PS correct? im just trying to clean up my engine bay ALOT!!!

i heard Speed Inc. has a good Alt. relocator kit, i tried to search the link for u on their website but couldnt find it,,i think there was a good thread here on this board about this Speed inc. kit

but is that the one that you have to remove the PS as well? i really dont wanna switch over to a manual rack cause it its my daily.

No speed inc. has a kit to eliminate ac, puts the alt. down low and retains power steering. It was on the GMHTP cover car last month.

or if your dont want to go that roaute due to money you can do what i did and custom fit your factory AB to move the alt to where your a/c compressor used to go. If you do let me know and i can send you some pics of how it is done.

AND LITCH- yes please send me pics. either on here or DaveHutch88@yahoo.com just mainly how much changes did you have to make. like i figure the power wire would need to be longer and the plug wire would need to be longer. but please give me a quick rundown on how to do it and any pics you got.

That's awesome! So will these work if I'm running the 1LE A/C delete pulley? And how much are they going to be on sale?

you would not need the A/C delete you have now since this is an entire new bracket

They will be 20% off starting May 1st. I will start a new post with the sale then.

They are not cheap in cost, but not cheap material or cheap looking either.

The sale will be 20% off next month which is a good savings.
