Default Issue with plugs & wires please help

I recently installed news plugs and wires in my cousins 95 Camaro. We noticed it would miss out at low rpm and sometimes while going uphill. First we changed the plugs and it seemed to help a little, but still has some miss too it. We then decided to change the plug wires to see if this would fix the problem. Well now it is even worse than before. I checked the firing order and if all the wires are connected and they are. I took it out today and floored it and the car almost died, slowly revved up and accelerates to about 3500-4000 and then cuts out really bad. I had the codes ran and they said code 13 left oxygen sensor or circuit, code 25 manifold temp was too high, code 32 EGR system error, and 51 ECM Prom error. I called the tech line at JEGS and the guy told me that after 94 the Camaros don't have an ECM Prom. I don't think it is the computer, and I've checked the wires so I am clueless on what to do. The car idles perfect runs great while driving, but at full throttle it misses and breaks up. I HAVE CHECKED THE FIRING ORDER LIKE 5 TIMES OVER SO I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS THE ISSUE. PLEASE HELP...

13 - Bank 1 (left) Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit (open circuit)
51 - EEPROM programming error
25 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor circuit (signal voltage low, high temperature indicated)
32 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)

I would check all of your fuses.
Check the wiring to your driver side o2 sensor. Replace sensor if necessary.
Check/replace your IAT sensor.
You can remove your egr valve and check if for tears. Clean it up and reinstall it or replace the valve. Check the wiring and vaccum tubes to and from the EGR valve and the EGR solenoid.

I fixed the IAT sensor, and rechecked the wires today and they are all correct. I havent done anything with the ECM Prom because I was told it does not have one in the ECM. The car runs absolutely terrible at wide open throttle. Could it have something to do with the Throttle Position Sensor or maybe the dreaded Opti Spark? I appreciate the advice guys.

Doesnt sound like an opti to me personally. You would be throwing AT LEAST a misfire code...like a P0300.

At least that is what it did to me both times mine went out

And never trust jegs on tech info like that...they are not specialists..talk to these guys and they can give you a better idea. just because jegs says it doesnt have something, doesnt mean its true.

did you try and erase the codes to see which one comes back? but don't forget write them down first. you might want to check out the egr valve to see if its slightly stuck open. if it was fully open then it would run like crap at idle or not run at all. that o2 sensor could also be defective. i have seen in some cases where unplugging both o2 sensors would cause the car to stay in open loop and stop it from causing a missfire. can you see the values for the o2 sensors with you scanner?

I'm taking it to a guy tomorrow to run the codes again. I dont think the guy who ran them the first time really knows how to interpret them. The EGR is deleted. I wasnt there when the codes were ran I'm just trying to help out. I should know tomorrow about what is wrong with it. I just talked to the owner of the car, and he said it is running great and not 30 minutes ago I took a ride in it and at full throttle it would cut out and barely run. Also I pulled the computer apart when it first started doing this, and there is nothing in there but a knock sensor. I dont see a Prom at all.

Car has not been tuned at all. The ses light go on and off, but it never stays on or off for very long. Advance auto says they cannot read the codes for obd 1.

you should be able to read codes with obd1 with check engine light if you want to go that route. if you connect a jumper wire to pins A and B on the dlc connector that should start the test. it should display code 12 first 3 times. after that the real code will show. i coppied this from the book.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:
To extract a trouble code from the computer for diagnostic purposes, the twelve pin data link connector (DLC) is used.
The DLC is located in the passenger compartment. Terminal B of the connector is the test terminal and terminal A is the ground used for diagnostic display.
If the test terminal is grounded with the ignition on and engine not running, the system will enter the diagnostic mode. In this mode, the computer will display a Code 12, three consecutive times, by flashing the "CHECK ENGINE" or "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light. A Code 12 consists of one flash, a short pause, then two flashes in rapid succession. After Code 12 is displayed, any stored trouble codes will be displayed by flashing the "CHECK ENGINE" or "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light. All codes are displayed 3 times each then a code 12 will repeat. In the diagnostic mode, the computer will also energize all computer controlled relays and solenoids. After determining the trouble code(s), refer to DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS/TROUBLE CODE CHARTS under DIAGNOSING AND TESTING PROCEDURES .

FIELD SERVICE MODE:
If the test terminal is grounded with the engine running, the system will enter the field service mode. In this mode, the "CHECK ENGINE" or "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light will indicate whether the system is in open or closed loop operation. If the system is in open loop operation, the light will flash approximately two and one-half times per second. Closed loop operation is indicated by the light flashing approximately once per second. A "Scan" tool can be used to enter the "Field Service Mode."
