might be getting rid of the lt1
Soooooooo im in a tricky spot right now, Basically i found a 02 z28 looks to be in good shape at a local dealer. its only 5k but the bad is it has 143k miles. Its a 6 speed ttop car and of course ls1, basically everything i have ever wanted. I love my 94 but living here in az emissions testing ruins any plans i have thought about doing to the car power wise. I have to pass the sniffer test and everything else as well. SO basically i dunno what to do i love my lt1 car but what do you guys think, do you think its better to go with the ls1?
Ive also been tossing around the idea of paying off my lt1 i owe like a grand on it, and then just buying a lsx car after that. I just bought a house so im gonna be getting the 8k dollar tax credit. Help me out guys im on the fence right now on what to do.

Patience...
Something I don't have much of when it comes to these cars and modding. But, it's the best advice I can give you. What the guys above said is absolutely right. Paying the car off and determining what to change up with the car later will be smartest in this situation.

This is why I dont mind living in Nebraska, I don't have to worry about that emissions crap! I have nasty sulfur puking Diesel and a Cat-less, emission eliminated 93 LT1! haha
But for sure I think you can find a way better deal than that

haha yeah ur lucky, emissions sucks. If i would have done my research before i bought this car i would have known that they do the plug in emission test on 96 and newer cars so i would have just got a 96 or 97 lt1 car and i could have done whatever i wanted as long as i had no check engine codes.
oh well though i love my 94 everytime i drive her i cant see myself letting her go. I just want to get something i can do heads and cam and maybe forced induction without having to worry about passing the sniffer test.
