Comp presses a gear on their cams that is compatable with the stock oil drive gear, I have ad a few comp rollers in my LT1s and all lasted a good long time with the factory gear.

Well I think GM is the only one that makes a factory style one, but I do beleive there is an Aftermarket group out there that makes a billet one, another option is used.

No one makes a complete drop-in unit besides GM. The billet products you see only replace the housing, not the internals.

By internals do you mean the gear, bearings, and shaft of the OEM one?

Yes. You have to take the OEM drive apart and transfer them over to the billet housing.
