I found a LT1 motor with 64000 miles, how easy is it to install on my 1969 camaro. Can someone help me with instructions

Uh.. You are going to have to give A LOT more details than that bud.

Are you staying EFI? Going carb? What kind of transmission? Please give more details if you expect people to help you. No one on here is a mind reader (at least I don't think ).

Why not? My buddy's dad did that and was a pretty cool swap. I just have no idea what the OP wants to do.

Really easy. Just pick it up, and lower it in. Fasten engine bolt mounts. Voila, it's in.

Fair enough! Vague answer for a vague question..

i would assume hes keeping the lt1 stock for now. i would definately go with a stand alone harness. it would help to know what trans hes putting in though.... m6, a4, powerglide, turbo 350???

standard headers for a small block 1st gen will fit perfect. Still need to know what trans and efi or carb.. if its a t56, go to www.t56kit.com for a swap kit. if using the 4l60e auto trans you'll need a crossmember (pretty sure the website i gave you has that too)as ithe 4l60e is longer and the box to convert the electric speedo to mechanical to work with your gauges. I think B&M makes the box.
if going efi, you'll need to get a new tank with a return line for the efi welded in.
only other major issue would be cooling, since the LT1 is reverse cooling......im pretty sure they make radiators for this exact swap..
