Default Trying to get my LT1 back going. Need help

Hey guys and gals. Not really new here but had to make a new account. Havent been on here in a long time. Basically a few years back my Camaro went down on me. The car sat for around a year because I simply didnt have around $500 to buy an Opti spark and get it put on. Well I got it put on and now it will crank but is making a helluva lot of noise coming from what sounds like under the valve covers and runs pretty damn weak.

My brother took the valve covers off and said I have 3 valves stuck pretty bad on the passenger side. Whats the best way to unstick them? Think this is the reason for the ticking/knocking noise? Or is my problem deeper?

Your lifters may be gunked up and not allowing the valves to open. you could try taking them out and cleaning them or replace them.

I'm not gonna say theyre not gunked up but by looking at the heads they shouldnt be. The heads are extremely clean. But then again the motor only has around 10k miles on a fresh rebuild.
