I've used it on several LT1 cars I've owned. Makes for a fun smoke show. It always seemed to help the car run better.

Same here, almost 60 to fill up and I drive a lot, but I get a lot more than 9 mpg, that's terrible. I would do a major tune up if you haven't done it in a while, new plugs and wires, new o2's, clean the MAF, clean/replace your air filter, new fuel filter won't hurt.

Also I warm my car up every day as well, always have. I don't know how long for though, I just wait until I reach an oil temp of 100* and a coolant temp of 160* before I take off.

9mpg average is pretty horrid unless you have a pretty serious motor with a 3speed and steep gears

there are different ways to use seafoam. so how worth it it is depends on how dirty those areas of the engine are and if it can even clean what's there. you would have to check plugs and what not to see if you're dirty or not. It helps clean things up, if that equals mpg increase or not is very much car specific. It's not likely though unless you're pretty bad off. Running premium all the time should make things pretty clean on it's own.

These aren't carb motors ...you really dont have to waste all that gas warming your car up. maybe 1-2 minutes if it's below freezing but otherwise, just turn it on and go. It wont hurt anything as long as you're not doing something stupid like drag racing right away.

That's exactly why I warm up my car, because I have a heavy foot and my car sees a lot of rpm right off the bat.

some people have bad results on high mileage motors. Cleans all the crap out that is sometimes filling in wear spots on cylinder walls, piston tops and in combustion chambers thus lowering compression. Also if you do a top end clean it can ruin injectors that are old. (top end cleaner is totally different from seafoam i know) i know from experience on both of these

No, google it, there is a procedure to follow to make sure you fill the cylinders properly and get everything cleaned.
