IAC counts in Data master?
Can someone tell me if you can see IAC counts in data master and if so how do I view or log them? I got the engine back together and back and running but I notice that when I blip the throttle the blades are binding on either the bore or something when I have the idle screew backed off all the way. If I bring it forward it idles to damn high. It almost like a vac leak but I think it's this POS BBK. Got the TPS set dead nutz on but the idel is too high If I back it the Idle screw off It sets perfect, IDK I'd like to see what the IAC is doing when I back it off so I can tell if it's the IAC thats causeing the high Idle or what. Also what should the IAC's be?

IAC at idle engine at operateing temp=32 (30-35)
You may find the BBK TB needs some "mod". to get idle right. First confirm TPS vdc is in range and IAC counts are good (put TB stop screw back to where it was stock).
You may need to do the drill mod on the TB to get IAC counts right. Drill 1/8" hole in between blades same place stock hole is on stock TB. Measure IAC counts and if still to high drill hole 1/64" bigger and repeat IAC test. Take baby steps as 1/64" makes a big difference.

I am still having a slight issue at very cold startup with the IAC counts peaking at 150. I might go one size larger on the hole next winter.

Can this drill mod with the aftermarket throttle body alleviate any split BLMs?
My AS&M 58MM is modified with the IAC passage to the manifold, but my hole I drilled brought my IAC counts to 45-50, and I have a split BLM till I give it a little throttle on my 396LT1. Curent drilled hole is 11/64ths' Should I go bigger? to?
