Default GM OPTI with 3 year replacment

So I found a dealer in Texas that has GM opti for sale for for 416.11 plus $30 core. They offer an extended warranty for an extra $62.42. The only kicker in the deal is they are charging $50 for shipping so instead of $510 its closer to $560 shipped to my door. I don't know why but the last 50 is pissing me off since I live in FL in the Continental US. I have a feeling that if it goes bad and I need a replacement in 3 years it would be another $50 to have it shipped. Best price I can find is $419 plus shipping. It's an OPTI so I guess I really shouldn't have a problem with paying $560 for the piece of mind that at the most I would have gotten a second for 160 bucks.
What you all think? Worth it? I think so but then again it will go bad right after the three years is up lol.

Must be a remanufactured unit. There is no core charge for new parts.

Make sure to take it apart and apply loc-tite on the rotor screws before installing. Spin the rotor to make sure there is no excessive play and that it does not make any noise, like the opti disc coming into contact with the sensor.

e4 torx bit (OR, one of the screws off the top of your throttle body with a set of vice grips attached to it will work too ) Also, the rotor is held on by a torx head screw that is a T9
