Lingenfelter Supertube CAI
As the trend continues for places to stop supporting the 4th gen LT1, looks to me like Lingenfelter is discontinuing their CAI for the LT1. It's no longer on their web site. I have one and really like it, IMO it's the best of it's type. Summit and WS6store have them but I bet when they run out that's it. If you were thinking about one get it while you can.

I see the Lingenfelter intake is $10 cheaper than Summits K&N copy, then is $20 cheaper than TrickFlows K&N copy and $80 cheaper than the K&N CAI. While the Lingenfelter is $70 cheaper than the MOROSO CAI (Summit prices).
But really they are all very similar and eliminate the stock filter box with some of the duct restrictions to. What i dont like 'bout my MOROSO is to change the air filter i have to crawl under the car and remove the fascia panel to access the filter from below. And it really needs a hole in the front bumper to feed a higher dynamic press air stream to it.
I think we'll be ok with the CAI's that are left. But for the LT1 i would like to see a better alumin intake and a roots style blower too.

I tried ordering one a couple months ago, and they were out of stock. I know you can get them on ws6store and probably some other places. They are great pieces for the price, so if you can get your hands on one they perform the same as other CAIs for a bit cheaper. I personally just went K&N cause I found one used for dirt cheap

I love my Lingenfelter. Only complaint is the look of the tube. Looks like it could be a stock part, where my old SLP was much more pleasing aesthetically. Filter on the Lingenfelter is massive though!
