Smile Anyone have this CAI?

I'm looking around for a good CAI. I seem to only have found the SLP CAI, K&N FIPK, Moroso CAI, and the Arizona Speed & Marine CAI (link ) The Arizona one looks kinda good. It comes with a K&N filter too. The K&N FIPK seems a little more expensive since it's a top brand name. I'm not really interested in the SLP or Moroso. Has anyone seen or used the Arizona CAI?? I'm just looking for the best bang for the buck. Input?

I got a moroso, but i would think a CAI is like a lid for an ls1, i think gains will all be in the same ball park.

All intakes will allow water in, especially an intake that is lower to the ground.

Okay, so it looks like my choices are Lingenfelter or K&N. Can someone give me a picture of the Lingenfelter CAI, all I've seen is the top view from engine bay. And whats the cheapest place to buy one? Should I get it from their own site?

I believe you have to buy it off LPE's direct site.

K&N stinks, the filter doesnt stay on for crap if you daily drive it. i have it and didnt notice a difference over the drop in filter in the stock airbox.

wouldn't it be cheaper, if your dead set on a CAI, to run by any exhaust shop and have them bend the tubes for you? its what i usually do, takes them minutes and its alot cheaper than these "kits". then just go buy whatever filter you want. only real advange to them is not sucking up as much engine heat, hp gains come more from the larger filter.
