Did You check to see if there are any burnt fuses? maybe when You jacked the car up something came disconnected or something shorted out causing a fuse to blow. Do You have any DTC's?

you should Check for spark at the coil. take out the wire at the coil (CAREFULL!!) hold a screw driver in the wire to make the airgap shorter between coil and wire while someone cranks the engine a few times...if you see a spark check something else remember you need Fuel, spark, and compression if you jacked the rear of the car up did you mess with the fuelpump wires?

I'm not sure if the F-Bods have them, but many cars with OE electric fuel pumps have a switch that kills the pump in an impact. If you had the car way up, and the car had one of these switches, you might have tripped it.
If the car has one, it might be mentioned in the owners manual.
