Default Delteq/MSD in!

Fired it up tonight! Things are definately different. The small time it takes to sync up is enough for me to have to lean it out some more at start up.

She did Fire RIGHT up with one hell of a roar...

...I have some LS6 Covette destruction to take care of

Yup all the Delteq stuff was easy as Pie. adding the DIS-4 Plus on the other hand .... .....left my head hurting LOL Four coils four adapters and a search to find a place to put the damn thing(one inch wider and longer then the 6T it replaced). was a PITA. That and I bought three complete coil pack and one base plate before any thing ever got to my door. STILL waiting on the first coil pack!

Oh well when it fires up and all the people around cus at the sound....I feel at piece

Thanks!

You could always try mounting the DIS4 similar to my setup.

I concur. My DIS-4 went to Ebay after I couldn't get it fire up one day. Too many freakin wires. I rewired them all and still couldn't find the problem.

I would buy your car just cuz it was so clean, not because I needed another LT1.

well I am waiting for a new Opti tp show up. the one part I did not replace with new and it is toast. car will run fine and then just die. thanks to the MSD DIS-4 Plus I could find the problem of intermitant signal.

I have a new Delteq box coming also just to be sure that is covered also

BTW I did find one of the Pin's pushed out and the car was running on six cylinders but you could hardly tell

I have ruled out every thing but the Opti at this point so just waiting on one to show up. Problem exist with and with out MSD and different coil set.

BTW 96 my CAI goes through there

Well you know I bought a TPI engine for the Shop truck. Complete ready to bolt in. I mean come on lets face it a TPI motor is only good for a truck.

I still have the complete TPI Engine sitting here but built a HSR TPI TT Engine to go in the truck instead LOL!
