ZSU, there a multiple names for devices the prevent motion and contact between metal parts. Here is a sample of the different names " http://www.sdp-si.com/eStore/CoverPg/Vibration.htm ". What do you need it for and maybe we can get the correct name. Most of the devices used in cars are called bushings used in front end and suspension or mounts used to secure transmission, engine, ect.

Under my car there is coming noise from Differential Bar.. Cuz that rubber material worn.. Repairman tried to put it rubber tube its not work much its fell off..
The Differential Bar look a like (not much) Triangle and holds differential box, goes front of car.. I hope I can explain that part..
there is coming lot of noise
