Default New best last night!

I went to the track last night and was only able to get one pass in. I think every 5 cars that went down the track had to spill somthing! Anyway I decided to play with the suspension a few weeks ago and wanted to see if it helped, it did! I'm sure the cooler ir last night helped. I went from 12.09 @114 with a 1.71 60' to the following:

R/T .329
60' 1.67
330' 4.92
1/8 7.61 @ 91.94
1000' 9.93
1/4 11.87 @ 116

This winter I'm putting in a custom cam, adding more compression, and loosing the power steering and A/C. Best of all it's all N/A!

Sounds like our set-ups are very similar...except I'm still on a 10-bolt for now

I'm using the Comp 280 XFI for now, this winter I'm switching to a Lloyd Elliott cam and 12.1 compression (11.1 now). A local shop know for building strong long lasting race engines in the KC area did the heads. He's not a sponsor so I don't think I can post his name. He's pretty old school no website and no credit cards accepted! PM me for his name.

The sponsor ***** will let you post his name, just not a link to a web site.
